The Apollo 8 bay freestanding rig is a fully commercial rig set up built from durable box section steel. The uprights are 2.4m as standard and are customisable to the gyms preference (contact us for color options etc). Bars and spotter arms sold separate but J hooks are included. Other attachments available for this rig include wall ball targets and landmines.
As standard, The bays are 1.1m in width and the distance between bays is 1.8m however this can be customised.

This is the Apollo Elite Power Rack. This is a top of the range commercial power rack which is perfect for all forms of compound movements and strength exercises. It comes with a powder coated finish that prevents chipping and scratching. Spotter arms, bench bars and plates sold sold separately and lead times vary depending on colour request.
This power rack comes with sandwich J-Hooks as standard. Custom name plates can be added to this set up if required at an extra cost.

The EZ Curl bar is a fantastic piece to overload your biceps. Great bar for building bigger arms. These are old school bodybuilding style bars, great for a range of exercises such as bicep curls and skull crushers, tricep extensions and so on.

These work with standard sized weight plates.

The rig is 10.2 m in length but you will need to leave a 1 m either end for barbell over hang.
