In 2018, we were contacted by the team at Crossfit Dungarvan as they wanted to upgrade their gym. Apollo wanted to breath new life into this large space and we designed a wall mounted and free standing rig gym with high impact flooring. We used Rubber Gym Tiles to provide protection to the sub floor and to the overlying equipment. The rigs were equipped with wall ball targets, wooden gym rings, spotter and jam arms. We were also given a creative license and we designed a custom wall stencil for Crossfit Dungarvan.

As Crossfit Dungarvan provides a variety of classes including group classes, bootcamp and circuit sessions, we designed a diverse gym with both strength and conditioning equipment such as Ski Ergs, Assault Bikes, 3 in 1 Plyo boxes, wall balls, medicine balls and much more. The range of equipment really highlighted the gym's diversity in training programmes.
