We want you to be confident buying gym equipment from us. This policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds and warranty claims work.

Changed your mind? Your 14-day cooling-off right (consumers)

Legal standard: if you're a consumer buying online, under EU and Irish consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@apollofitness.ie with your order number and a clear statement that you're cancelling. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

  • Items should be returned complete and with all parts. You may handle the item as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
  • Return costs: you pay the cost of returning the goods. For large or heavy items, contact us and we'll help you arrange the return.
  • Refund timing: we'll refund you within 14 days of your cancellation, including standard outbound delivery charges. We may wait until we've received the goods back (or proof you've sent them) before refunding. Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • If you booked installation or ordered a custom item, contact us and we'll talk you through your options.

Business (B2B) buyers: the 14-day cooling-off right applies to consumers only. Returns for business, commercial-gym and trade orders are by agreement.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, has a fault or isn't what you ordered, contact us at info@apollofitness.ie with your order number and photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Warranty

  • SHUA equipment: 7-year warranty.
  • Other brands: warranty depends on the product and is stated on the product page or your quote.

To make a warranty claim, email info@apollofitness.ie with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video if possible, and we'll arrange the next steps.

Finance orders (Klarna / Humm)

If you paid using Klarna or Humm finance, any refund is processed through that provider, and they'll adjust your agreement.

Prices

All prices on our website include VAT. Refunds are for the amount you paid, including VAT.
