This Hex barbell is a fantastic piece of equipment for safe dead lifts and also engages the leg muscles during lifts. Take the pressure off your lower back and transfer to quads with this hex bar.

This bar is great for building grip strength along with training the trap muscles. The bar is finished with a  diamond knurl on the handles which gives the user grip and control and it has a 35.5 cm loadable sleeve length on each side.
