This plate loaded chest press machine is ergonomically designed to ensure a smooth a safe range of motion for users of all strength levels. This is a heavy duty machine which is made from durable steel tubing and is perfect for isolating upper chest muscles, triceps and deltoids.

The seat can also be easily adjusted to match the height of each user and comes with comfortable gripped handles as standard.
