Weight vests are the perfect solution to adding difficultly to training sessions. These vests are extremely popular in the world of CrossFit and are perfect for exercises such as pull ups, dips and even cardio. 

Our vests are designed with comfort in mind and have a comfortable foam padding around shoulder areas and also feature numerous pockets and storage features. The vests are designed to hold our own laser cut weight plates which come in sizes -3.75lbs, 5.75lbs and 8.75lbs.
