The Apollo lateral raise machine is very popular piece. The machine is perfect for targeting the outter cap of the shoulder muscle with a smooth and controlled range of motion.

The machine also has additional arms on it which allows the user to hit the rear delts while resting their head on a comfortable foam padded cushion. Fabricated from commercial standard steel tubing, this piece is very robust and comes with a steel grid style of foot-stand.
