This Iso-lateral horizontal chest press is a fantastic piece of equipment which is designed to hit the chest with a natural and controlled range of motion. It has comfortable foam back support and ergonomic handles which ensure the user has full control over the lift. 

As opposed to standard bench press, this machine allows users to load up on weight safely without the need for a spotter
