Of all the training machines, the Apollo Rower offers one of the most thorough full-body workouts.

Has an enhanced ergonomic handle design, movable footrests, a PM5 Performance Monitor, and a flywheel that produces less noise when in use. The RowErg features a stainless steel track and an aluminium I-beam monorail for a steady back-and-forth sliding, and a typical seat height of 14".

When training is over, you can easily disassemble the rower into two sections for storage or roll it about on the caster wheels that come with it.
